New pizza place opened in Telawi Street recently. The word Pizza,is enough to attract anyone,but,add in 'New York' Pizza, the whole street comes buzzing in.
Pretty place,really nice ambiance,and the floorings is of black and white,reminds me so much of the diners you see in movies .This place is packed with people .
Customers each get a "car plate" sign to indicate your order,which I really liked.
I got to admit,I was attracted to the idea of just ordering a big slice of expensive and authentic New York pizza ( RM8 -RM15) for myself .But customers do have a choice to order a whole 18 inch pie to themselves .
We both had 9-1-1 (Spiciest in Asia ) and Pizza Bianco (Chef's Favourite). The first one,as the name describes,is supposed to be spicy.Well it is spicy,but to people who can really eat spicy, please do not keep your hopes up high ,because no,it is not cili padi spicy.
As for the Pizza Bianco (made of 4 types of cheese ,namely,Mozzarella,Ricotta,Cheddar and Goat Cheese) .
The pizzas are good,but I am not exactly jumping up and down for it as the pizza's crust was a little hard .
As for the boneless chicken wings we ordered,it was quite a disappointment.The dipping is good but it can definitely improve on the deep fried boneless chicken wings.
Would come back if i have extra change in my pocket to try out the waffle fries.
